School of Entrepreneurship and Management (BUSEM) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for academic cooperation with Thanaphat Property Development Public Company Limited (TNP). The primary objective is to promote and develop the potential of personnel and young business owners in the real estate industry, with the goal of creating sustainable development and future business growth. 

 

 

The signing ceremony was led by Dr.Wutnipong Warakraisawad, Dean, School of Entrepreneurship and Management, and Dr.Tassawan Preedavibhada, Deputy Managing Director of Thanaphat Property Development Public Company Limited. This collaboration marks a significant step in supporting real estate industry development and promoting sustainability for both the academic and business sectors.

 

 

Throughout the past years, Dr. Tassawan  Preedavibhada, a senior executive in the Thanaphat Group, has continuously collaborated with BUSEM through various projects, including: Summer Internship Program, Business Plan Competition 2022 Judging Panel, Meet the Experts Program for Real Estate Business Consulting and Focused Workshop for Real Estate Business Model.

The underlying purpose is to create opportunities for practical training and knowledge exchange from real business experiences. This approach aims to enhance the essential skills of young business owners in effectively managing and developing their organizations.

 

 

Thanaphat Property Development Public Company Limited is a developer of both low-rise and high-rise housing projects. The company manages the Lao Peng Nguan 1 office building, located on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road near Ladprao Intersection. The company has a policy focused on energy-conservation building management (Green Building) under the "Life Well Balanced" concept, with an ambitious goal of achieving Net Zero status in the future.
