Business School Develops Real-World Projects with MQDC, Integrating Strategies for Real Estate Business

 

International Business Management, Marketing, and Management Program of the School of Business Administration (BUBUS) in collaboration with Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) organized a judging ceremony for business case solutions in the project "BUBUS x MQDC Shaping the Future of Real Estate in 2025." The business case focused on The Aspen Tree at the Forestias, which is an Ultra Luxury Senior Living Residence and one of the largest projects of The Forestias by MQDC. The project aimed to provide students with opportunities to practice in-depth target customer analysis, marketing communications, and brand building in international markets through real-world business challenges. The event was honored by the presence of Dr. Vithaya Sintharapantorn, Senior Vice President of Marketing, who served as a judge for the students' work at The Banquet Room, 5th floor, Building A5, Bangkok University.

 

 

The event was warmly welcomed by executives from the School of Business Administration, led by Dr.Nittana Tarnittanakorn, Associate Dean School of Business Administration, along with Ajarn   Vajirawit Siripiyaphat, Chairperson, International Business Management Department, Dr.Thanakit Vongmahasetha, Chairperson, Marketing Department, Dr.Naunghathai Intakhantee Chairperson, Manaegement Department, and Dr.Rapeesorn Fuangkasem, Chairperson, Finance Department. 

 

 

This project provided an opportunity for business administration students from all three departments to work together, integrating knowledge through Project-based Learning with practical training for professional business world experience. The project was conducted under the courses IB432: International Business in Asia Pacific Countries, MK335: Brand Management, and MG421: Seminar in Modern Business Management, led by instructors Dr.Chanatip Suksai, Dr.Chutimavadee Thongjeen and Ajarn Yaowaluk Aekphitoon
