Wellness Experience with dōTERRA: The Art of Essential Oils for Health

The Hotel Management, School of Humanities and Tourism Management, organized the Banquet Final Project: Wellness Living Experience event, proudly featuring dōTERRA Essential Oils, a brand of pure essential oils imported from the USA. The event offered valuable knowledge about health-safe essential oil products, how to choose essential oils to address specific health issues, and various methods of using essential oils, such as inhalation, topical application, and diffuser oil usage. Additionally, it covered how to identify essential oils with natural ingredients that consumers can safely use in spas or at home.

The event also featured creative activities organized by students in the HM511: Banquet and Catering Management course, including cake decorating, flower arranging, and art drawing, along with an opportunity for attendees to enjoy food and relax in a peaceful atmosphere.

This experience allowed students to learn the entire banquet planning process and practice hands-on skills, from designing the event and planning activities to decorating the venue, preparing drinks, and managing the operations while solving any issues that arose. The event was overseen by
Ajarn Prapakorn Seetha, Instructor of the Hotel Management, School of Humanities and Tourism Management.
