HM Partners with RX Wellness to Organize "Holistic Health: Mental and Spiritual Recovery" Workshop

Hotel Management (HM) Program, School of Humanities and Tourism Management organized a curriculum enrichment activity under the theme "Holistic Health: Mental and Spiritual Recovery" for students in the Spa Operations and Management and Spa Management courses. The aim was to enhance knowledge and experience in holistic health care across physical, mental, social, and spiritual dimensions—which are essential to service delivery in the modern spa industry.

The activities included Brain Activation to stimulate coordination between both brain hemispheres, enhancing learning capacity, analytical thinking, and communication skills while reducing stress; and a Flower Mandala Workshop, an art therapy activity where students created patterns using flowers to promote concentration, positive thinking, and peaceful self-reflection.

The workshop was led by holistic health experts from RX Wellness Co., Ltd., including K Somchai Petchruen (Mindful Expert) and K. Thipawan Meetaem (Head of Academy), along with their professional team, who provided hands-on knowledge transfer.

This activity not only complemented the curriculum but also aimed to create authentic learning experiences alongside the development of emotional skills and inner awareness, preparing students to confidently work in the spa and wellness industry while positively contributing to society.
