School of Humanities and Tourism Management signed an Academic Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding with Wingspan Services Co., Ltd. to develop educational collaboration and strengthen student capabilities in the aviation business sector.

The signing ceremony was attended by representatives from both sides, led by Ajarn Jermsuda Manakul, Dean, School of Humanities and Tourism Management, and Ajarn Teepakorn Kampitak, Chairperson, Airline Business Management Department, signing alongside Khun Karuna Pharanyanit, Managing Director, and Khun Watheekan Suwanphatcharamethi, Head of Strategy Development and Services Department.

This collaboration covers academic operations and professional skills development, providing students with opportunities to learn through real-world operational contexts, while promoting joint knowledge and skills development between the university and industry.

In conjunction with the signing, a seminar was held on the topic "When Reputation Becomes Risk: Social Media as an Airline's Hidden Operational Threat", delivered by Khun Karuna Pharanyanit and Khun Kanwara Temrangsri, Passenger Special Service Officer and alumna of the Department of Airline Business Management, who shared industry experiences and perspectives with students, and jointly evaluated learning outcomes through a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) format.

This partnership aligns with Bangkok University's educational approach — emphasizing real-world experiential learning and industry connectivity — to develop students who are fully equipped with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to become high-quality professionals in the aviation industry of the future.
