School of Humanities and Tourism Management, in collaboration with the Embassy of Peru in Thailand, organized a "Cultural Culinary Activity: Peruvian Cuisine Presentation" as part of the course Spanish for Personnel in Tourism and Hospitality Industry — designed to develop foreign language skills alongside cultural learning, and to give students the opportunity to exchange perspectives in an international context.

Asst. Prof.Dr.Somyot Wattanakamolchai, Vice President and Pro Vice-Chancellor for International Education and Partnerships, and Assoc. Prof.Dr.Supachet Chansarn, Assistant to the President for Academic Affairs, welcomed the delegation from the Embassy of Peru in Thailand, including Ms. Jazmina Clemente, Deputy Chief of Mission (Second Secretary), and Mr. Martín Abarca Valverde, Third Secretary, who shared knowledge about Peruvian culture and cuisine.

The event also featured a live cooking demonstration by Peruvian Chef Mr. Percy Vasquez, showcasing the dish "Causa Limeña" and giving students the opportunity to participate in hands-on learning.

This activity forms part of a teaching approach focused on developing foreign language skills through real experiential learning — integrating knowledge of language, culture, and the tourism industry to strengthen students' ability to communicate and work effectively in international contexts.
